Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we are here to help. This policy outlines your right to return items and receive a refund under European Union consumer protection laws.
1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to provide any reason.
The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the product.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with EU law, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., specific intimate wear or beauty products, if applicable).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Contact us at rasaparduotuve@gmail.com within the 14-day window to inform us of your decision to return the item. Please include your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns (Change of Mind): You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Defective Returns: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card via Stripe or your bank account via Paysera).
Please note: It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods (Statutory Warranty)
Under EU consumer law, you are protected by a 2-year statutory warranty. If your item arrives damaged, or if a manufacturing defect becomes apparent within this period, please contact us immediately at rasaparduotuve@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
If the claim is valid, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
