  • Pricing: All prices are listed on the website in Euros (€). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price you will be charged.
  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.

3. Ordering and Payments

  • Contract Formation: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. A legally binding contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.
  • Payment Methods: We securely accept payments via our authorized payment gateways: Stripe (for credit/debit cards) and Paysera (for electronic banking).
  • We do not store any of your financial data on our servers. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will deliver the products to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
  • Delivery times and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you as soon as you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

Under European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

  • How to return: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at rasaparduotuve@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
  • Condition of goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Return Costs: You (the customer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original method of payment.
  • Exceptions: Please note that personalized/custom-made items or sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

6. Statutory Warranty (Defective Goods)

Under EU law, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty covering defects that were present at the time of delivery. If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at rasaparduotuve@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will offer a repair, replacement, or a full/partial refund in accordance with the law.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  • Alternatively, disputes can be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) in Lithuania.
